Pathetic Service Delivery

I am very upset with the way Rochester Maponya Mall has no sense of customer service. Its very pathetic that a delivery can take 2 days. Bought couches 2 days ago and i had to cancel all my plans to make sure that im available when the delivery is here. They have inconvenienced me and my family just so i can accommodate them and their pathetic and non professional service. I have been wasting my time and money to find out what has been happening for 2 days. Only spoke to the manager (Hellenie), after speaking to Thabiso' only on the second day. Their customer service is 0/1000... They really need to go for some sort of training and im not even going to get into detail about their service delivery... Worst ever experience
