Pathetic service

I ordered and paid for a work station and a dinette set which I paid cash for Friday the 15th January after I confirmed if they had stock and they confirmed saying stock will be delivered on the Tuesday 19th January 2021. Upon delivery as the guys where assembling the table I then ask where the workstation was, which I realized they didn't know about.. I then checked the delivery note and noted that the workstation wasn't written on it. I called the store at Matlosana Mall and to my surprise they were also not aware that the workstation was not delivered... And said they will follow up with their warehouse, after days of me trying to get feedback I was informed the warehouse said the stock they had was damaged, I then asked to get in contact with the head office but was told I can't be given the numbers but those of the complain Centre, which only on Tuesday did I reach them and got a Ref no. ***, then on Wednesday the shop got back to me saying that they will only have stock of what I wanted at the end of February. Thursday morning I spoke to the sales person from Matlosana Mall requesting that the set that was delivered be picked up and I be refunded for the whole sale and he said he will have to find out. This morning Friday 29 January I followed up and he informed me that there's no response as yet I might get it on Monday or Tuesday next week.. This is rather pathetic as I bought these things as I wanted my working from home comfortable but rather it has been an unbearable experience more so that I paid cash for these things expecting to work properly from home... It's not resulting in me constantly trying to get feedback from the store with delayed responses....
