Pathetic service and Furniture store

<p>I went to Rochester to furnish a part of my house and spent over R30 000 at their Mall@Reds store. Firsty on the day they added all the items and the total came to +/- 26k so I agree. I returned later that day then the manager told me oh sorry she forgot to add the coffee table but she **** a mistake and i will receive R1000 discount. I then saw that the coffee table was anyway on special with a R1000 off. So there was no special discount for me. Nice try. Then the waiting started for delivery.... I has such a fight with the store to get my furniture because apparently they had a system changes and messed up all the codes. I had to go to the store all the time to hear what was the latest new because the staff was to pathetic to keep me posted. Finally they delivered my furniture. Then I couln't get the xtra lenght Matrass and base in to my room. So I asked them to take it back and just replace it and send me a standard lenght. Then they mistakenly logdeg it as a complaint and the complaint have been lying for over a week. AND I AM STILL SLEEPING ON MY COUCH!!... Never use Rochester!! I have spoken to a few people which agree with their pathetic service.</p>
