Pathetic service

Rochester ballito junction staff lies to its customers. We called several times and keep getting told our couch complaint will be logged and we will be contacted. To date no help. It's already been in for repairs and came back with half the job done. We were given a 12 month gaurentee with the couch which I believe means a replacement within 12 months however we were told no it has to be repaired but it came back worse. The manager doesn't know his job. Will never deal with Rochester again
