PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i placed an order on the 21st of May. (3 Weeks now, but 15 working days). We still have not received our order. I have phoned multiple times and every time I speak to someone I get a different excuse as to why we haven't received it yet. 1st excuse: My INSTANT EFT took ONE week to process.. But its INSTANT?! 2nd excuse: They are out of stock. 3rd excuse: My order hasn't been processed yet. 4th excuse: Its not scheduled for delivery yet. 5th excuse: MY PAYMENT HASNT GONE THROUGH YET?!!! - THREE weeks later and now my INSTANT EFT is hanging again?! Customer service is PATHETIC and terrible. The one women I spoke to couldnt care less to help me. She just "mmmed and hmm" me the whole time. Clicked he tongue at me when I asked why I keep getting different excuses. Refused to give me a reference number. I will never order anything from Rochester again! I quite honestly want my money back but refunds take between 10 and 30 WORKING days to reflect. Even though I made an INSTANT EFT! So do I wait for my stuff to eventually arrive or take the chance for a refund I might NEVER see?!
