Pathetic Service

The most pathetic service i have ever received.My wife and i went to Rochester Boksburg on the 29 August 2020 to view dining chairs and we came across a set which we really liked but they didn't have stock at the time so we gave the Sales Lady our contact numbers if they received more stock.We received a call on the 3rd September 2020 stating that they have stock in their Warehouse in Jet Park.I then went to the branch to make payment and collect from their warehouse upon arrival i was told that they don't have the stock.I then drove back to the store and was told by the sales lady that they will deliver within 3 days which would have been the 6th September 2020.We received a call on the 5th September from the sales lady now stating that they don't have stock.This got us highly frustrated so we contacted Head Office who said an Area Manager will contact is within 24 hours.We are still waiting...... The store Manager did call us to arrange delivery and at that point we made it crystal clear that we didn't want display stock and guess what we received the very same stock that was on the floor which came dirty and with stitches pulled.We requested for the chairs to be collected asap which they did.In my honest opinion i really think Rochester doesn't pride themselves with customer satisfaction and ensuring clients come back or even refer them to family and friends.It's now the 11th September 2020 and we still have no chairs.
