Pathetic Service

<p>Laste year brought couches from Rochester Attebury cash. This year problems with their quality of the couches. And what do I run into pathetic Service. I already send the couches back twice but they dont fix it. The quality of the workmenship is totally Pathetic. 3 weeks ago I told them come and fetch your couches dont think you can fix it. Again nothing. Now I must fork out money for lawyers just too get this pathetic company to honour their warrents. Dont every buy from this company is you get problems it wont be solved. They want you money and make al these big promises, but it is only hot air.</p>
