Pathetic service

I bought a Pine dinner set and chairs - your most expensive range by the way!!! It was delivered 21 October, after I paid R700 for assembly & delivery the top of the table had a crack, I went to Rochester that same day to log this because the salesman said if anything is wrong they will replace within a certain time period. On the 24th my complaint was only log by the sales man! He said they will come and replace within 5 -7 working days. The 27 November I have still not heard anything and I phoned head office, they said they will escalate my query. After dropping the phone, I received an sms saying my ticket is closed!! I phoned back furious, the next lady I spoke to said they closed the ticket because it was logged to the incorrect branch and that she re-opened the ticket and logged it to the correct branch. it is 12 December, almost 2 months later!!!!! I want a FULL redund as I do not want to deal with this pathetic service!!!! My reference nr is #*** and my order nr was ***
