Pathetic service

I purchased a couch from a the wood mead store, they delivered the incorrect pieces of the couch which I advised on, the query was logged however between the warehouse and the store there is no trust as they were unable to accept delivery address from the store or from the previous delivery note. I then advised them of the address to which I was advised that they could only deliver the following week, which is now two weeks later. I advised them that I am not able to sit on the couch, if they can’t they should fetch their couch and return my funds. Suddenly they were able to pick up their couch faster than they could deliver the correct thing. The refund process is even worse, no one is able to assist me because the lady that obtained the forms from me is not there, or coming in at 2 hours later or not at all, and for the last 2 hours their phones just ring.
