PATHETIC SERVICE

We bought a fridge from their Brakpan branch which was delivered to my house in Ruimsig on the 2nd day of November. The damn fridge stopped working 3 days after it went on 24 hours after being delivered. We are being sent from pillar to post with no resolution to this very day! How pathetic for such a big group! Right now I'm loading it and will deliver it at their store and cancel the whole transaction. This after I purchased a couch, washing machine and a fridge they must come get their things out of my house! I had all my food go off and had to be thrown away because they're taking their own time! It's sickening to say the least
