Pathetic Rochester Home Decor

Rochester Home Décor offers the most appalling service. They conduct themselves in a manner that is associated with *******. Trying to get my refund for 2 months now. Bought a dining table was delivered on inferior quality even after their certified handyman deemed the product as inferior quality. Was meant to be replaced, waiting for truck to load from warehouse, then no stock then delay no movement then stock gets collected...excuses, bullSh&t excuses and still no refund. Then they have the nerve to deduct delivery charges.

Rochester = Bunch of ***** = ******* = Robbing the public.

I urge people to stay away from this store.
