Pathetic customer service

Rochester service is pathetic, from sales people to the so called managers!!!!! I purchased chairs in Rochester Wonderpark shopping center on the 21sr of May 2019, till date I have received what I paid for, instead I get a bunch of excuses. If people to not want to work then they must get fired! I will post this on every social Media platform I know until they give me my money bac****!
