PATHETIC BUSINESS/COMPANY

Previously Rochester picked up couches from our House to fix and again one broke.. Very bad quality. I phoned and they picked up another couch from my house. They were supposed to phone me and tell me whats it going to cost me to fix my couch but after 2 months I didn't hear anything and when I phone no one can track my couch. How on earth is that even possible? I phone head office, they can't help me and tell me that I must phone the store I purchased it from. They said they will have a look and phone me back and 3 weeks later no phone call. PATHETIC. I have had problems with Rochester since day one. Can't wait for my account to be paid off. I never ever will do business with them again.

I really can't believe you can't just look into my account and see where my couch is and how much its going to be to fix. I need my couch back. 3 months, really?????????
