Pathetic after sales service from Rochester!!

I ordered a dining set from Rochester in June this year, it then took about 6 weeks to manufacture and was delivered at my house early August. When I checked the table there was damage to the table top, I then organized that Rochester come and collect the table top and fix the damage. They only came to collect the table on the 27th of August and I have now been waiting two full months for the delivery of my table with very little feedback from Rochester after countless queries from my side. I do not know who to complain to anymore and I have now been out of pocket for four months as I paid the order upfront.<br> <br> This is pathetic service!! I will never recommend Rochester to anyone and they certainly lost a loyal customer after this.
