Pathetic after sales service

Baywest Mall, PE. Bought a lounge suite in December 2025. Reported a fault day after delivery on 20/12/24, Ref ***. Submitted POE's as per requestfrom store. Was notified thta exchange will be made in January 25 after reopening of factory. Have been receiving communication about the imminent delivery each month for the past 7 months. Very poor after sales service from Rochester. The store manager appears to have no control regarding a simple exchange of goods.
