Paid up laybuy but no goods received

I made a laybuy online last year, i made a final payment on the 26th of January 2022, till today i did not receive my goods. Whenever i make a follow up i am being to that my payment is not reflecting and i should send pop. i did that twice but dis not get any response from Rochester.
