Out of stock, late delivery, damaged goods...Rochester

I bought a couch, coffee table and tv stand at Rochester on the 26/12/2017, i was told delivery would be in 3 maximum 5 days...5 days later there is no delivery of the furniture, i went to their store to inquire only to be told that the couch is out of stock (on the day i bought it i was told it was available), and that they will PROBABLY get new stock sometime mid-January, ok i was Not pleased but i will live. So the tv stand and coffee table were delivered on the 04/01/2018, only to find that the tv stand was damaged. This is the worst service i have ever received, did not expect such from Rochester
