Order was cancelled after I paid for it.

I placed an order online and paid it on Wednesday last week. Rochester then cancelled my order after paying, the status on my account changed to ‘Cancelled’. Their *** email doesn’t work and bounce back. I’ve been calling Rochester to understand why my order was cancelled after paying for the order. Now they have my money and not responding. The agents are not helpful, they keep telling me that the matter was escalated. I keep sending emails with no response. Their lines keep cutting me. To this date I’m still waiting. Such a bad service. I should have checked hello peter reviews before buying.
