Order *** from the 1st of February till now

Good day

I have placed an order with the store on the 1st of February 2021 order number: ***, paid for it and and played my part as i was supposed to. After a few days an email was sent that they cancelled my order as there was a mistake on their side and needed to refund me. I communicated with a guy named Dereck Randzokota when he asked for my banking details, submitted them on the 16th of Feb and never heard from him again. I sent him a follow up email on the 23rd and it was not answered as well. I decided to visit one of their stores they also could not give me a definite answer or tell me what is the hold up or what is happening. Now it is going to 2 months i do not have my order and still do not have my money on my account. Can you advise me what is the next step, surely as a store you cannot be this horrible and nonchalant about this matter.
