Only Rochester sells a R48 990 dud!!

<p>I bought couches at Rochester Wonderpark branch in 27 October 2016, which were delivered to me in 06 December 2016. I paid an amount of R48 995 in full upon order on 27 October 2017. Upon delivery I noticed that the 3 seater couch had a fault on it and I complained. The couch was taken in January for repairs, no communication was sent to me from the store on the progress of the repairs 6 months later. During the period I noticed some other defects on the other chairs which I communicated to Rochester in writing and I also sent pictures of the defects I was noticing on my new couches. No response was forthcoming as usual until I went to the store to talk to the people about my issue. Rochester came to collect the couches leaving my house without couches, the question to ask is where do they expect us to sit this cold winter? Even after having paid them a large sum of money? In a nut shell this is my experience with Rochester Wonderpark customer srvice and product quality commitment to me as a customer</p>
