Online order delivery failure x3

Placed order online and paid delivery fee

Scheduled for delivery on 2 occasions which was not fulfilled Eventually found out order was at the wrong warehouse so that was changed

With no correspondence from Rochester I decided to call and then found out they require additional delivery fees which must be paid. Eventually got a call and scheduled a new delivery date and they advised no additional charges I called 2 days before delivery to confirm and they again wanted additional delivery charges

Not to mention that after the first delivery was arranged, I called to find out why I haven't received my item on the day and they said they can't find the order

Had promises of callbacks from the team with no repsonse No call back from complaint lodged

Pathetic branch, will never support as well as other branches in same group

Too much of unnecessary stress with no effective customer support
