Paid off my online lay-buy and I had to be the one who contacts customer care 48 hours later to notify them and send proof of payments . 10 days later after this ordeal I still haven’t received my order , customer care says they don’t have numbers for my warehouse they have been escalating since last week Friday it is now Thursday and no one has contacted me
