They did their best to right their wrong, but it took a stone to bleed for it to happen. Their factory shop line which was always “busy” suddenly had some one to take my call. And an assigned person to my case. 6 weeks of frustration and nothing Much to go on then a sudden change of behavior because I was taking legal action against them. My interaction with them is bitter sweet
