Not purchasing for a million issue

I have never experienced such horrible service at any home decor store, not only did they not deliver on recommended time they had the nerve to not inform me of the delivery delay until I called, when i called they confirmed delivery and then a few minutes later they sent an sms postponing by 12 days! I had waited the whole day and cancelled plans waiting for a delivery that never came, but then called the store furious and them constantly telling me to not over react And not cuss as i didn’t make a purchase for a million. I quote, so unless you purchasing for a million don’t bother purchasing from Rochester festival mall
