Not honouring agreements

<p>We purchased two Orlando couches from Rochester Strubensvalley in Roodepoort in October and collected it at a pre-arranged time using a trailer we had to borrow. The master guard was not app**** when we arrived. They sent someone to do it the following day at our house. When we sat on the couches we found that one was much firmer than the other one. We also saw that the fabric of one was slightly different from the other one. We took the cushions back to Rochester and they immediately recognised the difference and arranged for the couches to be exchanged, which we appreciate. The salesman told us that we could keep the old couches as loan couches while the factory would make new ones. They would then deliver the new couches to our house and collect the old ones. On the sales order acknowledgement is stated Goods to be delivered and the delivery address, sales nr 506531 and customer nr 196144. On the day that this was supposed to happen we were told that we must collect the new couches ourselves and bring the old ones back. The branch manager told us that there is nothing he can do about it. We forfeit the opportunity for them to deliver it as we collected the original couches ourselves. They charge a delivery fee of R995. Due to Rochester supplying us with the wrong couches we have to experience inconvenience and extra expences. </p>
