Not happy with their services
Good afternoon
I am very disappointed with how i have been treated by the manager of Rochester outlet in southgate. I made a payment of the the 30% that was required for the couch that i had laybyed. the next thing when I went back to the shop for my next payment, the couch was sold to someone else. I would highly like to believe that if i was a white person, the treatment would have been different or other alternatives would have been offered to me. The manager told me that there was nothing he could do, how exactly when he promised me that the couch wont be sold to anyone else since i made a 30% payment that he required?

For such a big company as yourselves, I am disappointed a truly DISGUSTED by the way you have handled my situation. I hope you people out there avoid the Rochester southgate oulet, no PROFESSIONALISM WHATSOEVER 😡
