not genuine leather, just leather uppers.

I bought a pair of 100% genuine leather couches at Rochester Montana, I bought these cash I paid about R18000.00 for them.

This was in 2014 December. Then the first week of this year I noticed that the leather for the seating part of the couch has cracked terribly, then I looked at the other ones. From the four sitting parts, three are breaking\cracking.

How can I pay such a lot of money for genuine leather couches for them to deteriated so badly in a space of four years. I avoided buying leather upper couches to avoid this kind of situation.

But now I find myself in a situation I was trying to avoid. Can someone explain to me why are your couches 100% if they can't even last 4 years. I live alone, I don't have children. I look after the couches but still.

You guys sent someone to collect the cushions which were torn in the second week of January 2019. I have not had any form of communication since. Not knowing when I would get the cushions back or nothing. I went onto your website and I was told I had to pay R2200.00 for the repairs, while I thought it was for free. If that is the case, can you please bring back the cushions, I will see what I can do. Since I can't get any help from you.
