Non quality sofas

We bought sofas in 2011 and the following year they started peeling we reported matter to Aba who bluntly ignored us. Every year we kept reminding Aba about our problem she didn't respond until this year ,telling us that she going send upholster who will quote us R995.00 for consultation and Aba knew this was import which is nor pure leather and she never told us when we were buying, she referred us to Nicky the procurement manager who promised to returned to us till today she hasn't come back, we even requested to speak to CEO but no response.we are very dissapointed of the non-quality they sold us and still advertising what is not true.it pains us cause we paid such a lot of money.
