Non existing contact with the Rochester team

I wish there was a minus zero marking on this. I did a Credit request over the weekend and go feedback that I qualify for the amount of R100000 and to supply some documentation which I did. I also send a follow-up email which I got no response to. Had a online chat... not any assistance to my query... jo response on mails... spend over4 hours on the phone to try and get to the accounts application department without success
