NON Existent Service.

There is NO way of communicating with the retailer when purchasing online. The incorrect item was delivered. They have been less than helpful in solving the issue. 2 more weeks have passed and still no delivery of the correct item. I even tried contacting a branch, but they were not forthcoming providing any support. DO NOT BUY ONLINE from Rochester. Their service is non existent
