Non-delivery of my order form Rochester East Rand Mall

I bought couches on the 3rd of December 2017 at Rochester, East Rand Mall, paid them cash. but because they had to be custom made, i was given an estimated delivery date of 1st or 2nd week of February 2018. A Sales Rep by the name of Clint was to update me on the progress of the order, but i was not getting any feedback from him, until i decided to phone the store on the 5th of March, i was informed that Clint has resigned and it seemed like no one knew anything about my order. I was then referred to the Manager, Zane, who took over all Clint's customers. He was also not sure about the order so he promised to find out and come back to me, he never did, i had to call him every second day, and he kept on promising he would come back to me with feedback but nothing has happened. I am really frustrated as i don't know if the order was even placed with the manufacture from the beginning or not. i am not prepared to wait any longer as it has been 3 months now without couches in my house.. The last time my husband spoke to him was on saturday the 10th of March and still promised to call on Monday, but nothing happened. I feel like i have been taken for a ride and all i want now is my money back so i can go purchase couches somewhere else.
