Non Delivery of Goods after 6 weeks

<p>On 13 Match I spent R16 000 on furniture (Centurion Mall, Salesman Marshall).</p> <p>It is 6 weeks later and the rest of the goods are not delivered. Thay dont have my payment on their system and cannot schedule the delivery - I have the Receipt, Credit card statement etc - but the system blocks due to it not reflecting on their NEW delivery system installed AFTER my purchase.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have not had ONE callback from Rochester - spent around R500 on airtime to keep on calling them.</p> <p>I have tried everything (apart from physical assult) but I cannot get any reply from Rochester, their Salesman, Head Office (that does not bother to contact me)</p> <p> </p> <p>CONSUMERS BEWARE - Rather spent money where you can get service.</p>
