I purchased a couch from @Rochester Clearwater Mall on 19 December 2025 and received confirmation that it would be delivered on 22 December 2025. I stayed home the entire day, yet no delivery was made and I received no communication from your side. Today, 23 December 2025, I am still waiting without any update. This means I am expected to remain at home indefinitely for a delivery that has no confirmed date or time.
