No words to describe how dissapointed I am in Rochester!!!!

I have purchased a Michigan Lounge Suite @ Witbank Rochester on 07/12/2018 and paid R35745-00 CASH. Quick to get money right. They delivered my set on 10/12/2018 wow that was quick. But we had a problem. It was broken and the delivery guy said he will change it URGENTLY. He took photos and I wrote on the original delivery document that they must change it immediately. Days, Weeks and even 2 months passed without me getting my very expensive broken lounge suite. Been phoning all MY MONEY out to find out whats going on just to hear that my delivery note is missing and then suddenly they never in the 2 months had stock. Soooo I asked for a refund because I still dont have any indication of when they can deliver my new expensive and not so broken lounge suite...I have been phoning Thokozane every week for 3 weeks now where suddenly the whole system is down then its up en then its down again. He keeps on telling me tomorrow he will phone or tomorrow he will this or he is sorry or that person is not at work or it is not his fault it is the warehouses fault..no its suddenly not the warehouses fault but the head office. So looks like to me THE SHOP, THE WAREHOUSE and THE HEAD OFFICE are in competition here on who can keep MY MONEY the longest. Do I need to go see my lawyer..... Im sitting without MY LOUNGE SUITE AND MY MONEY 3 months is ridiculous.
