No Stock for Promotional item

As a first time client of Rochester I am very disappointed with them, I had bought a couch from Rochester which is currently on Promotion, it has been a week since they delivered the second part of my order but still no couch. I was told they do not have stock, please help me understand how you put a couch on promotion and do not have sufficient stock in the warehouse for this promotion. Surely the warehouse manager needs to keep track of the stock in the warehouse and ensure that if it goes below a certain amount the stock is ordered.

While I was at the shop buying this couch so many people came in and bought the same couch. I am very disappointed that Rochester cant ensure sufficient stock is kept especially when this is on promotion and popular.
