No sofa. Bad service

I bought a 2 seat leather sofa end of july layby n finished paying in mid aug 2021. When i called they promised end of sep i would recieve the sofa but no sofa, then they said before 15 oct i would have the sofa, no sofa, then i got a date for 29 oct, today its 3rd of nov still no sofa, they dont know when i will get it, i paid alot of money for that sofa i want my sofa or my money back
