no money back on cancellation after 2 weeks

I'm currently at Rochester in kolonade retail park and am furious at the service here. I ordered ans paid in full furniture at the shop for delivery at Limpopo over two weeks so I kept enquiring about the delivery delay until I had no choice but to cancel the order. Now over a week later and my money is not refunded yet. The store promised to pay me back but nothing to date and the manager now wanted to even tell me that I must wait for Monday to start the credit process which should already have been completed when I asked initially.
