No items received but money is gone

This is the worst company to buy for online ,I ordered since 3 August, even now no response or progress when i check my order, when you call they have no answers and promise call backs which is all a lie ,I've had to dispute the purchase so my bank can get my money back ,I ordered another product from @home at the same time it was delivered donkey years ago i dont know why they dont have the same standards ,im truly disappointed in this company ,what a useless company
