No feedback - delay in service

<p>The lever of the two-seater reclining sofa broke off, and two of the sofa's are completely unstable. I have been trying to get someone from the Parkview branch to help me for two weeks. They cannot even answer me when I ask when my warranty expires. I suspect that with the dragging of their feet and TERRIBLE service it has already expired.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want my sofas fixed and I want answers to this extremely bad service. It is unacceptable.</p>
