No delivery, no communication

I have finished my layby on the 28 of March 2022 then I called the call center number on the 1st of April asking about my delivery and I was told it would take 3 to 7 working days to prepare my delivery and the consultant was very Rude to me even today my order has not been delivered, 25 days have passed without any communication from them and I still have another layby with them wish I'm considering canceling everything I need all my money I will go buy new furniture from people who will provide better service. I'm so disappointed. order ***7
