No delivery, defects

<p>I have been waiting for 3 weeks to get my dining furniture delivered. When delivery happened I picked up defects and returned one chair then later found 2 other chairs to have defects. I have been waiting since and nothing so far, all I get are excuses about the process for complaints etc. This is really unacceptable, I have paid in full. </p>
