No Couch, No money????

I Bought 1 Couch from Rochester Boksburg for R13000, paid cash. It was delivered damaged and I reported it as soon as it arrived. I was told to take it back myself and exchange it, with not having a bakkie we fought with them as we cannot take it back, after long arguments we loaded the couch on the roof and there we went, arriving there the factory said we cannot exchange, having to go back all the way home with the damaged couch we paid cash for. fighting and fighting with the shop. about a month later someone phoned to schedule a collection to get the brand new couch fixed, they were going to collect on the Monday, no one pitched. a month after this a driver phones and says he is coming to collect the couch, so he came and got it, he put our brand new couch on the side on a dirty bakkie and I said that I dont want this couch back because of the damage its getting on the back of this bakkie on its side, and he said no no they will give me a new couch. its been almost 2 weeks and no one is answering phones and I am still without a couch . the best part they phoned me about 3 days after they collected the couch to arrange a collection (yet again- but I dont know what they want to collect because they have my couch already) when I told them this they just hung up. I want my money back or my un damaged couch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
