No Communication

I have app**** for finance on the couch I saw at the Rustenburg branch about a week ago. I was assisted by a very helpful lady there called Micky,however,till today,I still have no answer on whether my application has been approved. This is nothing but poor service,I have to make endless phone calls to the branch only to be told lots and lots of empty promises. I am not at your mercy,I just want to know if my application was approved or declined. Nothing more,nothing less. I am tired of running after you as if you have some special cure for a rare disease. Sickening and pathetic service you are rendering.
