NO CLIENT SERVICE AND LATE NIGHT DELIVERY - NOT SAFE.
I ordered a piece of furniture from Rochester and was advised to be home today in the day as they deliver in the day. I sat at home the whole day with no comms. Then only for a driver to finally call me to say he will be here later. I maied 6 emails ad made 3 calls. No assistance and response. The call engtre cut me off midway adn didnt call me back. Its 18h00 and dark out and I am a woman who lives alone and now I must allow strange men into my home at night. if they only do night delivries then they should specify such. and as usual you cant reach anyone but a useloss BOT who takes you in circles. THE MOST FRUSTRATING EXPERINCE AND I WONT USE THEM AGAIN FOR SURE.

02 Jul 2024, 19:03I just wanted to add that the driver did finally arrive and he was really professioal and helpful ad unfortunately is fully booked to all hours and so they do a route and its based on where you are on the route. He was great but my experience with the call centre etc was not.
