NO CLIENT SERVICE

Absolutely NO customer service. For a month i've been waiting for feedback with regards to my couch cushions that were sent in for repairs. The New Market Store can't provide feedback and you cant get hold of customer services to find out. Now i need to pay my month instalment??? Still waiting for someone to call me...
