Worst company to ever exist. Most *********** staff and management. Im shocked that a customer focused business knows nothing about client services and customer care. The business is dysfunctional and does not operate ethically. They delivered the wrong set of sofas to my house on Saturday, we had the contactor then return it to the warehouse. We have spent countless hours trying to get someone at the warehouse to assist however the phone rings without anyone ever bother to pick up. Client services are clueless and give you the run around with never a certain answer. At this stage I just want my money back. Sent emails with the following people copied and still nobody can assist me Adilla Makama Chochi Modiba Motsedi Digashu Shoba lutchman Victoria William Non of these people were able to assist me.
