NEVER GO NEAR ROCHESTER HOME DECOR

<p>On 31st March 2017 i purchased and paid for a lazyboy and ottoman ( My first mistake)</p> <p>Choosing Rochester that is ! Delivery date passed and eventually after many phonecalls they delivered...but only the ottoman. </p> <p>Story goes they could not find the item in the warehouse. Eventually the regional manager ( who ducked and didived like a pro ) offered me a lazyboy off the store floor. Go figure ??!!</p> <p>Stupodly I went back and chose another more expensive lazyboy. I was informed the the time delay would be 2 months - Aoril /May. I agreed.</p> <p>Today ( after numerous calls ) I was informed ' sometime in June )</p> <p>The holding company is JD Holdings whose CEO /Manager is protected better than the Pope.</p> <p>AVOID AT ALL COSTS.</p>
