Never ever buy anything from Rochester The Grove Mall Pretoria East

I'm very disgusted as I write this.... Rochester The Grove Mall in Pretoria East has given me the worst service in my entire life. We purchased the Tuscan 6pce Corner Lounge suite on the 01/12/2019 for a Flippin R30 000 and were promised delivery from their warehouse in 3 days. That 3 days has passed and its been a whole 14days and still haven't got delivery of the couch. When we enquire with the store we're just given excuses every single day and none of the staff members show any care or interest in resolving this. Been to the store countless times only to get excuses. Their customer service is really poor and I'm just going to request my refund and take my money to a better business that cares about their clients. I'm never buying anything from Rochester. This was the last time. And they're very quick to take your money with soany promises and once they have the money they don't care anymore!!!
