Never buying here ever again!!

If I could, I would give them zero. I am traumatized by the horrible experience I have received. I really don't know how they function. I have been calling them for two weeks and no one is helping me at all!!! Everyone keeps saying the same thing and blaming the supplier. And lying saying they've escalated it. When I ask for who I can speak to who can actually give me answers, customer care also doesnt know. What nonsense is this?
