Never buy from Rochester if you value your time

I purchased a piece of furniture from Rochester on the 20th of November 2017 with the promise that the would deliver that very week. Today is the 12th of December and i'm yet to receive my purchase. I'm really disappointed in their service and will not be buying anything from them ever again.
